Busy couple of days...
The 7th & 8th of September were the two most professional & productive days in my life!We had to get everything organized for the professional photographers to come in and take photos of the original products that belonged to the owners of the house and do a drone filming of the house!
SEPTEMBER 7TH
On this day was basic because the photography guys were on their own taking photos of the furniture where they didn't need our help because it was in different rooms. So, Lucy, Krista and I were in the office discussing our plans for the open day - (wasn't exactly a meeting) - I still need to create the video together of the housing development and get them to view it before using it for the open day on NOVEMBER 5TH 2022.
It was a long simple day for us to be sitting in an office where we all like to be more active doing things but couldn't.
SEPTEMBER 8TH
We were all on our feet all day, running back and forth around the house getting specific products/objects to be ready to be photographed.
Lucy was in her concentration mode because we were looking for a specific page in Charles Carroll the Barrister's logbook for photographers as we knew it would be so essential to use to have that on the website etc.
I, on the other hand, was so focused on getting a log of the silver to be perfectly polished before transferring to the studio, (thanks to Mum who taught me how to polish in our family business.)
And... we were all polishing the silver antiques - this was the BEST moment for me because I got to wear white gloves to prevent leaving fingerprints on the silver. I was so in #mickeymousemode with those gloves on!
More silver items
Photographers
These photography guys were so professional because they all came in with 4 carts full of high-standard photography equipment. They all came in with their light shades, tripods rolls of paper etc!
At the end of all, we had to put everything away and all the furniture that was moved due to the photographers because they had a station area where they could only photograph things at a time without moving anything else! It was fun trying to remember where everything goes after a crazy couple of days...
In the next couple of weeks - it is going to be even busier because we are going to be moving a lot of things out of the house! We are going to start preparing for the open day soon!
